职责描述: 1. Lead subsidiary formulating local accounting management, including cooperation with accounting outsource firm and HQ accounting team; 2. Lead the formulation of routine daily tax policies for subsidiaries, establish and improve daily taxation workflows; 3. Daily communication of tax planning; tax review and final review, monitoring of tax returns, strict control and avoidance of tax late fees and related fines; 4. Overall tax planning, tax risks controlling, analysis of tax costs in business transactions, to provide professional advice for management decision-making; 5. Provide relevant tax advice for the company's business activities; 6. Organize the implementation of fixed assets and inventory counting work; 7. Cooperate with internal and external audit work and take measures to solve related problems; 8. Carry out financial flow work, requirement and some basic professional knowledge training to business department; 9. Lead subsidiary formulating local accounting and tax vouchers archive and management rules; 10. Responsible for the invoice management.
